I’ve spent my career helping people navigate complexity, but I’m equally fascinated by the people, conversations, and decisions behind the work.
For most of my career, my work lived behind the scenes.
Inside enterprise systems. Knowledge bases. Internal communications. Documentation that helped people do their jobs, solve problems, and make sense of complicated information.
I loved the work, but much of it was never meant to be seen publicly.
When I found myself navigating a career transition, I realized something interesting: after years of helping other people communicate their ideas, I had never really created a space for my own.
That’s how The Mariah Method was born.
This site is part portfolio, part blog, part digital home. It’s where I share my ideas about communication, content strategy, technology, career growth, AI, and the very human side of work that often gets overlooked.
Some days you’ll find project examples and professional insights. Other days you’ll find reflections on parenthood, resilience, anxiety, or lessons in unexpected places.
The common thread is simple: I’m endlessly curious about how people communicate, learn, adapt, and connect.
